This office design kept the raw, exposed built structure of the existing building. The structure became a large architectural design element of the overall concept and design fit out. The Flagship office uses a New York style loft, warehouse feeling to create an epic space of exposed steel columns, open industrial ceilings, Polished concrete flooring juxtaposed with warm timber floor inserts, vintage furniture and indoor greenery. The final design allows a collaborative open plan office space which is something very unique in Hong Kong.
