The project evolved into a complete makeover, which incorporated an upper level addition, taking advantage of the views and integrating perfectly with the original footprint to create a landmark design. The extensive courtyard spaces and external covered deck areas were created to facilitate outdoor living with a new timber decked ramp making a real feature of the entrance.
