This final design involved completely stripping back the existing house to its concrete frame and recreated with a substantial addition to the rear to devise this four level, terraced home. This included large living areas and high ceilings, which opened onto generous outdoor terraces maximising the views to Shelly Beach. This high-end development achieved a contemporary and sleek design combining high quality finishes and detailing throughout, with a strong emphasis on space and light.
